For this lesson, we were ask to design a
'Double Border' with a title graphic
and buttons to match.
I made my borders in Paint Shop Pro,
using the clone tool.
I then decided to fade the edges,
and saved it as a gif.
I also made a transparent gif, the same size as my border.
This is necessary to keep the tables from collapsing.

There is an alternate method of producing
double borders, and is known as the 'Cheats' method.
This method is easier,
but produces a different effect.
