In this lesson, we were ask to design a
'Top Border' with a fancy edge,
plus a coordinating title graphic
with dividers and buttons to match.
I made my border in Paint Shop Pro.
The colors for the remainder of the page
were chosen from the graphic,
While I think these are so pretty,
it's ashame they disappear, when the page is full
and scrolling is necessary. *S*

We also had to design a 'Boxed' style top border.
